2 Marathons

2 Half Marathons

4 5ks + 1 Virtual 5k

1 Relay Event (Seneca 7)

Total Running Miles Logged: 2,075*

*total off by 10-20 miles because either my Garmin died during a run or I didn’t wear it

Bike Miles: Guilty of not tracking in 2012, new goal to do so for 2013!

Push-ups: 8,000

Blog:  Created Mile Twenty Eight in May 2012 and still going strong!

Mile Twenty Eight

Looking back, I am seeing that didn’t race nearly as much as I have in previous years.  However, I was busy logging some big miles in preparation for 2 marathons and 2 half marathons.  I look forward to changing the race plans up for 2013.  More to come on that later…

 2013 Fitness Goals:

2,500 running miles

2,500 cycling miles (I have to get my bike computer fixed!)

10,000 push-ups

I have some goal race times in mind, but they are always changing, so more to come as the 2013 racing gets underway.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

From one of my last 2012 runs, LOVE!
